Domestic Shipping:
- We offer paid shipping all over India for enhancing your online shopping experience with us.
- For express shipping within India, please direct message us on Instagram @zudiva.official or WhatsApp us at +91 7827141566.
- Please allow 2-3 working days for us to ship your order. Pre-ordered items will take longer to be shipped, typically 7-10 days.
- In the case of multiple products in an order, the entire order will be shipped together. Please consider the delivery timelines to be slightly longer in such cases.
If the customer provided contact number is incorrect and the order has already been shipped, a charge of Rs. 250 will be levied. The charge covers the two-way shipping cost, packaging cost, and warehouse cost. The remaining amount will be issued to the customer as store credit.
International Shipping:
Your international shipping charges will vary depending upon the Country, Weight and Courier Service.
- Orders are delivered via India post (Indian government post office).
- Delivery period is 4-6 weeks from dispatch from India Post.
- To place your order in express delivery by private courier service like DHL, UPS etc. email us at contactzudiva@gmail.com or Message us on Instagram @zudiva.official (yes it’s that simple!)
For international orders, recipients are advised to collect parcels from the nearest post office within 4-6 weeks. Couriers may not always provide doorstep delivery. Customs may apply based on country laws, the charges for which will have to be borne by the customer. Your cooperation is appreciated as we prioritize timely delivery while navigating logistical challenges.

While we are pretty sure our products won’t disappoint you a little bit because we have in house manufacturing, this is just in case something goes wrong (Don’t worry, we’re here!).
Each of our products are carefully handcrafted and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be very slight difference as they are handmade entirely.
Orders once shipped can’t be cancelled and won’t be eligible for refund.
We don’t offer returns/exchanges in our accessories, however, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, here is what you need to do :
- Update us within THREE working days via Email or Ping us on Instagram.
- Your item will then be Exchanged.
- Unboxing video is mandatory.
- We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All Returns/Exchanges are eligible for store credits only.
- In case your item is unavailable; the amount will be credited to your bank account.
We will need an unboxing video to verify that the product was damaged at our end. And if the defect is found at our end, we offer an exchange and not a refund.
We request to all customers for their co-operation. As you know opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, the items cannot be returned to the seller once delivered or dispatched. ZuDiva wishes its customers the best shopping experience always.
